Merch sales on the road became so much easier once my band started using this app. It also makes fulfilling merch orders from home a breeze. So many useful features (my fave is how easy it is for fans to preorder merch and then skip the merch line to pick it up at the show). The creator of this app clearly cares about music and merch so working with them definitely feels like a more personalized experience. They go the extra mile, which is always a plus! 10/10 recommend.
We started using Merch Cat for our merch sales at live shows recently and couldn't be happier. It's so easy to keep track of inventory, especially with being able to count in and out for each show directly in the app. It integrates with both Square and PayPal seamlessly for taking payment super easily. They also show you metrics and reports so you can easily see what your top sellers are, broken out by show, city, and even venue. This truly is the app we were looking for to organize and streamline our merch selling workflow, and they clearly care about bringing value to the artists while putting out a quality app. Highly recommend!
Merch Cat is hands down the best app I’ve come across for managing and SELLING merch. Merch Cat is easy to use because it’s extremely visual and simply designed. I love being able to actually see the merch items while I’m managing inventory and making transactions. The more organized you are, the more likely you are to actually sell your merch. Merch Cat helps you make money by making the merch side of gigging easy and letting you focus on creating meaningful connections with your customers. Also the customer assistance is unreal - I received help within hours of sending an email and the issue was resolved within 24 hours - a MUST when touring on the road. If you’re a touring musician, you need to get Merch Cat.
