I really like this app. It’s really easy to use and I can check my different accounts whenever I need to. I am really glad that I signed up for it!
This is very frustrating and makes online banking very difficult. I have to change my password for many different sites and I use many different passwords if I enter the wrong one it should let me try as many times as I want. It also uses face idea failure as a wrong passcode and before I realize that I am entering the wrong passcode with my face I am locked out. Then have to call and get re-logged in / set new password which is time consuming and have missed deadlines because of. At least if it was bumped up to 5-10 wrong attempts a guy would have a chance. I realize it is to prevent fraud and protect info and finances, but I feel it is an unnecessary measure in the process!!
I love the American Federal Bank app. I think everything about it is great, besides one thing. I’m not sure if it’s a design flaw, or a glitch- but every time I scroll through my transactions the menu bar to the left pops up. This means that each time I take a little scroll down, the bar pops up, requiring me to tap my transaction page to get rid of it before I can begin scrolling again. This started happening one or two updates ago. With the menu bar open I can still read the transaction amounts, but it covers the transaction titles, meaning I have to click out of it to read what each amount’s title is. This wouldn’t be as big of a deal as it is if I only needed to scroll once or twice to view my history, but it takes me around 10 scrolls to get from the current months transactions to those from the month before it. Because each scroll requires a tap to get out of the menu bar it means that I’m clicking my screen 20 times just to see my previous months transactions. It’s all very tedious just to be able to view my transaction history.
