I’ve liked this app, makes paying my insurance super easy, but this last time, after I paid the app didn’t give me a “next payment” date. I haven’t missed any pmnts or lapsed, so I’m a lol worried..... it’s Saturday so I’ll have to wait till Monday to find out why when I hit “pay now” the app says “we’re sorry we aren't able to take your payment right now”

The rates are cheap because their customer service is trash. Their phone number wasn’t working so I recorded it not working and sent it to their customer service email so I can get assistance with my issue in a time manner….it’s a month later and I still never got an email or call from them. Can’t upload documents. The app is pointless. Can’t even print ID cards from the app. I have to take a screenshot
