The app is really easy to use and maneuver around. And transfers are made in real time so if I forget to check my balance before making a purchase, I can transfer money to cover it while standing in line without people waiting more than a minute or so. The only issue I have is when it tries to categorize transactions for me. I prefer to see only who the transaction was with and the amount.

The website is very easy to use and maneuver around, move money around quickly, change address, add phone numbers etc. I had signed papers at the Buckman Street location a few years back for my accounts to signal one or the other to automatically transfer funds from one account to another so that I didn’t accidentally overdraft if I may have forgotten about it! That’s obviously not working now. I’ve not found the time to go to the Main Branch to see what has happened But it’s upsetting!! #2 Get Zelle Back!! Dang that’s certainly one of the most popular ways to use for purchasing things for sale on say Marketplace or Yardsales, new businesses that haven’t set up debit/credit card transactions, send gifts to relatives!! Not everyone banks at First Harrison Bank!! I don’t understand why or what was the issue to stop using that!! I’ve used this bank account since I was 18 years old and I’m ancient now! Seriously I was with Peoples Bank of Bullitt County for probably 30/35 years Before they sold to First Harrison! Never had any issues with them before the sellout! The one is a small trip to the main branch hopefully be able to fix! BUT not to be able to send funds to someone outside of our bank/app is ridiculous! Let’s get with the times!! I love my bank and have not had issues until recently!!

I’ve been trying for 3 days, using your Banking Butler, how to verify a micro deposit. I should not have to use 2 devices and go back and forth for unclear and unable to locate instructions. There is not a place on your Banking Butler or in the menu that says ACCOUNT VERIFICATION! You do not make anything easy or readily accessible for your customers. You may want to view Wells Fargo’s website. Now that’s user friendly.
