Works great for me. Nice to have a searchable ready reference when I, as a supervisor, need info on employee concerns.
This needs done serious UI/Ux design perhaps that would help the mediocre execution. My recommendation? Hire an intern I trust they’d do a much better job at redesigning this app, maybe the people will use it.
