The app is useless, not accurate, and the Milano experience is sub 0! Stay away!

This app is not only not helpful but counterproductive. Absolutely trash. Crashes constantly as soon as you pull the live map up.

The app is worthless and doesn’t even deserve the 1 star minimum. We (attempted to) used it in Palermo and the map is so imprecise you can’t accurately locate a bus stop. The “moving” app stop locations also don’t match the route map, so even less helpful in knowing what general vicinity you should be looking in for the stop. The guide you to a stop location doesn’t work and the estimated arrival time for a bus appears inaccurate, though it’s hard to say for certain without knowing where the stops are. We had already purchased the hop on hop off bus tickets before downloading the app and reading the reviews which unfortunately match our experience. I’d recommend not downloading the app as it’s a waste of time. I only hope we can find a stop this afternoon so we can make use of our tickets!
