- Most last minute shifts are offered through direct call, not this app - No feedback when you select a shift you’re keen on but aren’t selected. You’ll just see the shift disappear from the list of “available shifts” - Conversation histories with A24 staff are not kept in the chat and disappear - The search engine doesn’t let you filter the agency you want, it just shows every single A24 group shift within the date/distance/job type parameters you’ve entered. ie you’ll be flooded with grosvenor and BNA shifts even though you’re only signed with ambition 24 hours. Makes for a VERY tedious search process. And you won’t be able to select the other agencies as you’re not compliant with them anyways. Has potential but relatively useless

This app should be brilliant as it has the ability for staff to electronically select shifts. In practice though the agents don’t put the shifts on the app and rely on phoning. I still can’t work out why I show as ‘not compliant’ when I have completed all aspects according to staff and the compliance staff are less than helpful. I have plenty of availability and this is a shame.

Since last week When I’ve updated my iPhone to iOS 13.1.2 the app doesn’t open so they need to check and keep update
