Unable to lodge a issue such as potholes (and there are many of them). Get the impression the owners off the app can show off they have one and then purposefully crashes as not to react. App is just as useless as the Municipality who owns it

All mandatory fields filled up but app is so poorly designed that the keypad does not disappear when all compulsory fields are completed. This means I cannot submit my sign up request. Please do something about this

This is easily one of the worst designed apps I’ve seen for a very long time. Field labels at the bottom of the main page are hidden so you have to click on them to find out what they are, the signup page hides the “submit” option at the bottom and when I finally managed to submit it said I already existed and I need to request a pin reset via sms. Still waiting for the sms.
