Rapidus - Same-day Delivery

Found this service by chance when UPS failed to deliver my package at the promised time. I requested a pickup at 9 PM and the driver was assigned / on route within 5 minutes, came on time and delivered my package within the hour. I’m absolutely amazed! I’m no longer using mail services for local delivery. Price was cheaper than shipping next day.

I needed to get a package across town quickly. Unfortunately the recipient stepped out. The driver went above and beyond his duty he did not stress about it he made adjustments and delivered it as soon as the person returned. That was excellent service!!!I will use this company again for my personal deliveries. Not only it was quick, The courier was efficient and had a great business demeanor. Unfortunately, the recipient was rude, and I am so sorry that the courier had to experience that from the recipient of the package. If there is a bonus, I would love to give it to M.M for his kindness. I will use this company again!

Downloaded Rapidus for the first time today as I needed a courier service in Los Angeles to deliver an important package.. the concept of this app is great, sort of like an uber but for deliveries. I needed my package to arrive at a certain time, and well it barely made it. I ordered the courier at noon, needed it delivered by 4pm in the area, it took 30min for a driver to accept my courier request after 30min the driver then calls me and says he’s going to pass my request to another driver because he is too far from me (then why did you accept it) then he calls me and tells me the other driver is outside, which I felt kind of sketch about because I didn’t have the other drivers info. Then I go outside (no driver in sight) he calls me again and says nevermind I’m going for your package. I paid for express service with no additional stops. He takes another 40min to come pick up. Once he is “here” he says he’s a block and a half down the street, I said is that what the address said on he app? He said “no I just ended up here” so I walk one block down the street to deliver to him, he takes it. Makes a few stops at un names locations along the way which he wasn’t suppose to, takes triple the time it should have to the destination, and finally drops my package off at exactly 4pm. Needless to say I will never use this app again. Apparently they are short on drivers and I’m not sure they really check who they are hiring and their work ethics.. I don’t recommend! Maybe your package will get there, maybe it won’t..
