Notezilla - Notes & Reminders

Notzilla is a mature app which has been developed over many years. It has undergone improvement after improvement and Gautam, it’s developer has always been responsive to bug reports which have been few. The app works on multiple platforms and for the PC resides comfortably on the desktop for instant use. Highly recommend this program as one of those that you can’t live without and has become one of my go to experiences!

I was in need of an easy way to create notes that are used in my everyday life. Notezilla checks all the boxes for my needs and syncs up nicely between my laptop and phone so that they’re always with me. The app has more features that I haven’t yet tapped in to. But, I can always watch one of the many training videos to include feature as needed. I also appreciate that the creator of the app, Gautam Jain, reached out directly to offer any assistance needed. That’s outstanding customer service. Keep up the good work👍

I chose this app because I needed to make lists, lots of lists. Just not checklists, and bullets weren’t necessary. A list is the basic form of note. In use, Formatting on my lists would be bizarre after I clicked ‘done’. So here’s the tips that work most of the time for creating lists. Choose standard editor. You can’t get fancy if you want a plain shopping list. After every line item, make two spaces and THEN hit return. This will 90% of the time keep the line break when you save the note. Even with this tip, Sometimes you will have to go back and break apart lines that formatted together after saving. You might have to re-edit a persistent unformat-on-save error 2-3 times this way. But this method gets the most consistent result. I was going to trash this app until I figured this out. So now I’m pleased overall.
