app has always been awful.. uninstalled because it was easier to go to safari and log in and use the web version. Now they updated the web version of the site to now even allow you to work on your phone. The side bar takes up the entire screen. Tried the app again and it’s still awful. Absolutely terrible. Can not work remotely at all anymore. Great job

I love this CRM. I always get someone on the phone when I call into support. No automated systems, just a real human in the USA! They are constantly updating their systems making faster, stronger and more reliable. Makes selling cars a breeze. I’ve used my fair share of other CRMs “VIN, DealerSocket, eLeads” and none of them come close to the support you get from Oplogic. I would recommend this CRM to any dealership that wants to improve sales and customer relations. You will never get VIN, eLeads, Dealersocket or any of them to complete your requests like Oplogic does. You never hear “that’s just the way it is”.

This is by far the WORST CRM system I’ve ever used in my 9 years of the car business. Can’t do the most simplest tasks and support doesn’t really know how to fix the issues either. Just a shame that we’re stuck with this program while there are other CRM systems out there that are more intuitive and simpler for users.
