The app never loads first try. There are way too many bugs.

I have tried to figure out where there’s any customer support, and it is no where on the app. I was long in, and it said it had no record of my account, and to contact support. How am I suppose to contact support if there are no buttons for it?? I hate to reach out this way but I want my account back. It logged me out too so now I can’t even look for a support button and it doesn’t recognize I have an account.

Hail State Rewards is the official student rewards program of Mississippi State Athletics. Go to events, earn points for attending, use those points to redeem great gear, prizes, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences at Mississippi State games and events.
