Globbing

After recent updates app becomes unusable while it opened and refreshed from memory.

I have been using Globbing for over three years and they have helped me deliver over six hundred packages and only had two or three issues. But I can't help but say that Globbing has one of the most counter-intuitive and least customer-friendly package consolidation systems out there. It's a shame.

Ordered a package from the US. The box was opened and then re-packaged in plastic wrap. Out of 6 items in the box, only 1 was delivered. The place I ordered from confirmed that all items were shipped. Globbing has spent 1 month investigating and continues to say that the items never arrived. Their reasoning was that the package was too light even though the majority of what we ordered were small items. They told us that they would check camera footage of the box opening, but then never followed up on the status of footage or what happened. Avoid Globbing at all costs. The missing items, shady repackaging, and way they deal with investigations makes them totally unreliable.
