Easy to use. My suggestions for improvement would be to show the available amount on account when requesting a payout so we don’t have to back out and go back in for it. And to allow us to select more than one picture at a time to upload. And give the option to save name and tax ID for the facility.

My company was sold and I have not received my new HSA card yet. My old card was deactivated yesterday and my son and husband had eye doctor appointments today. I called customer service to find out the status of my new card and asked for information about reimbursing myself since I had to pay out of pocket for today’s visit, customer service was very friendly and the app to reimburse myself was easy to use.

I’ve been using this app for a few months now and it’s so easy to use. I like I have access outside of work. I don’t have time to file my claims at work.
I can choose which account I need and take a photo of my receipt if requested, and check my balance. Plus the added feature where I can check to see if certain products qualify for me to use my card.
This is just a really great convenient app!
