My company was sold and I have not received my new HSA card yet. My old card was deactivated yesterday and my son and husband had eye doctor appointments today. I called customer service to find out the status of my new card and asked for information about reimbursing myself since I had to pay out of pocket for today’s visit, customer service was very friendly and the app to reimburse myself was easy to use.

I’ve been using this app for a few months now and it’s so easy to use. I like I have access outside of work. I don’t have time to file my claims at work.
I can choose which account I need and take a photo of my receipt if requested, and check my balance. Plus the added feature where I can check to see if certain products qualify for me to use my card.
This is just a really great convenient app!

McGriff has the worse health care benefit plan and card system. By now you should have a chip on your cards instead of the old cards you can only swipe. And why would you not be able to separate your card based on your benefit accounts between an HSA & FSA when they have two different authorization spending requirements. Why would your system recognize the FSA account as a main account first which can only be used for specific expenses. That doesn’t make any sense at all. You need to update your system so that your customers can have separate cards with different account numbers since it’s clearly two different type of expense accounts.
