hide.me VPN

I use HideMe on my iphone and computer. Normally its 100% fine, works well and no problems plus I love the unlimited data feature. The problem is when it gets glitchy for no reason and can’t be fixed. On my iPhone at the moment, I can connect to HideMe but nothing works. I know its just HideMe because all the other vpns I own work just fine on my phone And on my laptop, currently it won’t connect at all. I’ve changed vpn protocols, redownloaded the app, restarted it and everything but the app on pc still won’t connect. It just randomly started happening today on my pc, but the problem with my iPhone has been almost a week now. On top of that, I had this problem before on my computer with the HideMe app. The only way it got fixed was because I had to reset my computer for a dofferent reason, and then the vpn worked again. But now it has the same problem. And once again, it’s literally JUST hideme vpn. All my other vpns work completely fine on my iPhone ans computer

A recent update has made the app log out of my Account every 30 minutes to an hour, at first I thought it was because I was using several devices at once and it had somehow stopped allowing multiple devices but that isn’t the case. It just logs out randomly with no warning regardless if I’m signed in on multiple devices or just one with it, so it’s quite bad, which means I have to constantly resign in and then reconnect to VPN. My router seems to constantly have issues now staying connected as well. Speeds and performance when connected are still amazing but with it logging out so often and without any warning it isn’t reliable for me anymore. Please release an update that fixes this issue soon so I can have the amazing features and security that I paid for back on my router and my devices.

Maybe there were some good fixes "under the hood", but the new, lackluster interface is not at all easy to visually work with as the previous one. For example, the flag icon representing the current connection is now gone, and is replaced by the city name in the country where the server is located. Unless you know the names of small German villages, how is the user supposed to quickly and easily know that "Herten" means you're connected in Germany? No flag and no country name means now IT IS BROKEN because in many cases users will have to click all kinds of things to get the relevant info rather than just by looking at the screen. Thank you so much for that step backwards. The connection animation in the previous version was also a quick and easy way to confirm the connection. That simple, elegant and easy functionality is also gone, replaced by a static screen that requires a few moments to look around for written information confirming the connection. The smart thing to have done would have been to keep the previous interface and "enhance" it with all of text info that has replaced it. By the way, what are all the "new" features mentioned in your less than informative update text. How about some details?
