I am a startup owner and have been trying to be fit while everything keeps me at my desk. I tried Peloton, Nike+, P90X, and many other online fitness programs and apps. I gotta say that KEEP is the only one kept me going and drove for result. I really liked the feature of assessment and customized program which last for months. Since I’m in the US, I couldn’t used any of their smart wearables. But I still enjoyed their smartness - understanding where and when I was likely to quit then gave me the push I needed. The coaches in the kickboxing program Johnason was very professional and experienced. I wish there is a more robust diet and calories database to capture everything we eat and drink. Well, it is still acceptable. I would recommend this app to all my friends. It is not expensive and it really keeps you trying. That’s all I need...keep trying.

The best workout app I’ve ever used. I’ve used Nike training but it doesn’t provide any meal recommendation and there’s no community whatsoever. Most losing weight apps tries to charge you to get rid of the annoying ad, not to mention you have to manually scan barcode to enter food, for people they’re working or studying, how many can patiently do this three times per day for a couple of month? But keep just recommend food, you mix and match, simple. The community is very supportive too. The periodic events are fun too. Thanks keep developers! THANK YOU!

Where I can find the customer support ? It looks like your server having connection issues now. I purchased the membership and happily used it for two weeks. Now it continue telling me connection issues. I still can use some classes since I downloaded it before, but result won’t upload it on time no matter I am on mobile network or WiFi. I tried to delete the app and re-install ... still no clue what is going on. If you guys working on the sever updating or some technical repairing. Please send a notification which I won’t complain here. Also I feel I lose the money I paid for .... I do enjoy keep app for a long time ... please give the update about what is going on now 我很喜欢keep ， 陪伴了我很久，我最近还买了你们的会员。但是最近打开软件各种load不成功，一直说服务器开小差了，之前下载的课程还能做。但是结果半天上传不上去，第二天锻炼也显示我没完成，打乱了训练计划。 删除app重新安装，切换网络都没办法改善这个问题。 我不知道你们是不是在进行升级，哪怕有个推送通知我也是能理解的。 但是现在真的很烦，已经将近一周了。
