Ivanti Email+

As an EA, it’s really helpful to have my corporate email all in one place, be able to sort my mail with the read/unread/flagged categories, & get notices that new email has reached me. With that said, there are some things about this app that I hope to see: - sometimes emails get sorted as conversations & that causes a specific email to get lost. Please give a setting so that emails do not have to be grouped like that. - I can only see my calendar. My job requires me to look at several other users’ calendars but I have yet to see a way that lets me add a users’ calendar to mine. Can this be made possible? - Search bar doesn’t work that well. I find it best to use only one keyword but it’s still hard looking for emails that you know are there. Part of the “grouped” problem I mentioned first, but also occurs on singular emails.

Switched to this from Outlook, which I had switched to from Boxer. Really needs the option to “archive” (ie swipe or click to send to a preset folder, instead of just sending to trash). Also the “Move” function takes too many clicks - shouldn’t need to hit “Move” after having already selected the folder. Seems like small gripes but these absences prevents the ability to quickly deal with email.

Latest update fix some of the issues moving emails to folders but still need work as it was before. Now there is a problem where the email shows 2 lines and then it says loading. It hangs there and you need to get out of the app and return and still says loading. Sometimes the email is downloaded. This behavior is new and annoying. Features below still not fix and they have been there for a long time Flagged folder does not sync with server Calendar functions are terrible. Do not work properly
