First of all, You have to measure the length of your door to determine the right cylinder!. Field to do so, the smart lock won’t work properly. The Company, however, clarified and advised on this issue accordingly. The configuration is very difficult if you want to utilize the automatic door closing, otherwise , the app on your mobile phone will be ok to open/close the door manually.
Another problem is when I tried to resetting the lock to the manufacturing setting. It won’t be restored without a reset tool that cost $60.

The lock itself is great with the keypad and the fingerprint. But the application is simply USELESS !!!
It works for a while then does not ! There is no apparent pattern to the malfunction. I get always the same message that my lock is out of reach. I need to reconnect it and it works for a day or two only.
Besides, the ergonomics of the application is just outdated. Hard to figure out where are the submenues to parameter the app.
Needs a complete update !!!
A leading brand should be able to do a better job.

This app violates many Apple Human Guidelines, its design is objectivity ugly and non-iOS like, several features simply don’t work at all, settings are confusing, and to top it off: it took me a year to discover that I have to tap the firmware update button with 2 fingers! The lock hardware is okay, but this app deserves a lot of extra love.
