OrbitRemit Money Transfer

I initiated a fund transfer to my Philippine Bank Account last October 27, 2025. One of the customer support representative contacted me through email that I need to provide them with supporting documents so straight away I submitted the docs promptly few hours after I received the email as the purpose of the fund transfer was due to family emergency. I was disappointed with the inconvenience that I have experienced namely because I have not received any single email from the team regarding any updates of my transfer had I not contacted the support team after three days. With this incident, I am inclined to close my Orbit account and opt for other efficient money transfer provider.

I’ve used this for years and it’s a fantastic app. It’s always very quick and easy to navigate / set up.
