City State Bank Mobile Banking

I like being able to do a quick review of all easily accessible accounts daily.

Easy to use the various accounts I have and transfer money etc.

I’ve banned with City State Bank for well over 7-8 years now and I can honestly say that everyone that works there is a cut above the rest when it comes to their tremendous service! Any issue or problem I’ve had with any account, question, or problem with cards they have always been more than helpful to figure out the issue and resolve said issue in a steadfast manner. From the top to the bottom when it comes to any employee they always have a smile on their face and are more friendly than any other bank I’ve ever stepped foot in. I won’t hesitate to let friends, family, and business associates that the Albrecht family and City State Bank will take care of them and then some for any banking or financial matter! My only gripe is that that aren’t any push notifications for the app that pop up on your phone when a purchase is made with their debit cards and it would be nice if emails were sent as well as that would help with financial and accounting purposes.
