The only thing you can do is add money . Sometimes let you add more numbers or people but not every time . And when you try the contact us it just goes to white screen .. it’s pretty much good for checking balance.

I know they say they have fixed the bugs, but I’m here to tell you, That is a lie. From time the time the app will glitch and tell you that the person, your family member, is not on your friends list, and then when you add them back, it tells you that they already are on your friends list. But the notification does not disappear. It stays on the top of the screen. In addition to that the partner app, which allows you to FaceTime your family will freeze or disconnect at random moments, without even telling you anything. And if you do not have enough. For the full 30 minute video. It does not countdown the time, so your video just ends abruptly. I really need GTL and whoever creates their apps to get the situations fixed immediately!

This app takes ways to grt money into it, but doesnt even help when it involves short term arrests, applied money into the account, but no way to tell the person I want to contact that there is money in it. So I lost 30$ in this, and never even got any calls to come through it. I do not recomend, even if the officers do, thats just some company garbage they spew that only would work at some point with long term incarceration. So if your getting this just to talk with someone short term, then just forget this app and try to talk with them in person, insist on in person and maybe get a better chance with the talk.
