I want to use this app i really do but why am the price in app $1.99 monthly but then its charges like $5.18 the price is not the concern id be willing to pay what ever but i would like to pay the price advertised or at least know why and what im being up charged for not really made would like an explanation I have video proof of my claims and i do not want any money just an explanation that is justifiable
My Granddaughter has used this app for a about a year now, love the graphics, contents, great fun! But until recently, we never had a problem or complaint. Now way too many ads and pop ups that are not age appropriate or are easy for young kids to know how to X out of them. Be careful when you’re not right there to help, some ads are just ridiculous on a early childhood site.
Why in the App Store does it say it’s baby games for free when now it is asking me to pay for some of the games?! It says on the App Store that you can subscribe if you want parent mode and to remove ads. My child could use all the games for free until about a month and a half ago. I am very unhappy about this as the game is for one year olds who don’t understand that certain games can now not be played. I do like all of the games, so does my son, but do not like the change.
