Having reports from multiple technicians of app freezing up and locking up while using the app while performing service calls .

Whoever that is doing the update need to do a better job The app was doing okay until they did an update. First issue these group calls are ridiculous. They should allow each ticket within a group to en route, arrived, complete, and returned. The ticket that gets returned should erase from the group ticket. I don’t see why they stick with the group call. Second issue is that if there an image of the damaged tire we should be able to click on it to have a better view. There should be a better option to view pictures just like our tire optic app. where we take a picture and still view the picture in normal size and not a small box. Third issue is why do we have a chat bottom if no one gonna respond when we need them to. I understand we have many people either calling in for service or calling in for questions and issues at job site. There should be more people on top of this issue. Four issue is that on what are the issue with repairs the option should be updated May it be that I replace a air line, mud flap, wheel and etc. please do a review with every store to see what needs to be added.

Works pretty well. The only things I would change are make it to where you can still see the call notes after you have marked returned and if it's a long roll time let me enter a note why so I don't have to call fleethq. Also occasionally when I mark arrived I have to restart the app because it will freeze.
