I like the app but overall. Im a flatbed driver and 8/10 times i pull in to get weigh the “Weigh Master” don’t know how to do a spread axle weigh. Either provide more training, or update the system to where i can start it from my phone. Or simply give them steps by steps poster its really ridiculous

the app steals money. the staff is nonprofessional. The app helps to keep your time till one day make a mistake and you pay for nothing several times. as me did;) Then you loose your time to speak with nonprofessional staff by “help button” phone. My experience: one day one guy instructed me if your money doesn’t back to your account- just call the number back and we refund you. Next day i called for refund the other guy said “ i don’t know…and bla bla bla”
So no records of claims. No even a question about screenshots as an evidence of their bad ( i have ones!)
so… beware of scammers!

It saves me time and paper for the environment. By emailing me it also helps going thro the hassle, I don’t even have to go inside. Also with the right button next to enter location will see your current location and put in the correct scale i get on.

Use the Weigh My Truck app to create an account to store your truck and trailer information as well as keep track of your weighs and receive secure PDF copies of your CAT Scale weigh tickets. Your printed CAT Scale ticket is still available for you to pick up inside after you weigh.
