Duet-Shuttle, Transit, Rides

I live in the Teton region and use the Duet app many days to travel the 20 or so miles between my house and my work. It is been easy to coordinate carpools with neighbors and other people who I work with who live in my town. Earlier on we had trouble with Duet recognizing our pick up locations, as we live in rural areas and may not live within a 3 mile radius of each other. But this issue seems to have gotten fixed. This service has changed my life. Thank you duet for your ingenious solution to commuting hell. I now have two hours a day of my life back. If you are not fortunate enough to work for a big tech company that has buses going down the peninsula duet is for you. They have WiFi on the shuttle and I spend my time productively checking and answering email and other personal and work tasks. Getting email out of the way before I am at my desk has increased my productivity significantly. If you live in soma area or near twitter building In Sf and work down peninsula you may want to consider using this service . Also the app is getting better all the time. Many earlier bugs have been resolved.

For me, always want to find someone lives nearby can share a ride to commute. I know there are some websites, you can leave message and ask for the ride. However, it isn't the modern way to find your carpool buddy! Compare to other similar apps, "Duet" is more like offer and share, less commercialized. It's easy to use, built-in chat system makes a great way to communicate with your rider for schedule. In short, a promising tool and Hope the users grow bigger and bigger.
