I apologize to our customers that experienced the inconvenience of Axiom’s computer systems conversion during the period of June to October 2020. While the difficulties encountered by our customers during this time (switching apps, new sign-one, temporary system down time, etc.), the new computer system ultimately provides Axiom’s customers superior and enhanced functionality and a better user experience; a four or five star experience.

I have had great success using this app. But today trying to deposit my check the camera is not working. I call my local branch and the 800 # and they see no problem. I need the app as I live in Jacksonville and the closest branch is in Port Orange. Is there a problem in the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Thanks for anything you can do.
