I’ve really enjoyed the app so for. I actually look forward to doing them every day. I haven’t had any technical problems like the other reviewers have reported.

This is my second pregnancy. Since the first, I've discovered the benefits of Mindfulness and taking time for meditation and body scans. Being pregnant, I feel incredibly aware of everything going on with my body, and having the reminder to be mindful of it helps me from feeling overwhelmed at all the changes. One thing I want to note about how important mindfulness has been throughout pregnancy is I have been off my ADHD medication since finding out I was pregnant and between mindfulness and Bullet Journaling, I feel like I have that aspect of my mind finally under control. And that's a real blessing when it comes to pregnancy. I absolutely recommend this app, but I wouldn't be surprised if the price goes up, since I'm surprised at how much other Meditation and Mindfulness app charge for more guided sessions. I really appreciate this -- and I like that it's not all pregnancy based. Anyone can use it, not just pregnant women. Spouses, partners, anyone looking for a gentle way to ease into mindfulness. Thanks for a great app! 😃

I really wanted to like this but I find it more frustrating than helpful. It’s free so I guess there’s that. My issue is that these “exercises” are short and then while she’s instructing you to do certain things, the narrator jabbers through the whole thing which for me, makes it hard to execute the tasks. You have no idea if she’s going to stop blabbing and allow you quiet space and time to think or if she’s going to roll right into the next thing. Deleting it now. Gave it a fair shot.
