Often the app just does a loading screen indefinitely and then times out. Closing and reopening doesn’t help. It seems like deleting the app and redownloading it does make it work but that’s ridiculous.
Otherwise, it’s fine. I hope this issue is resolved soon, I know I’m not along in this experience and I’m getting frustrated that I have to log into a browser to view my info rather than rely on the app.

For a while now I’ve had a problem with the app, for some reason the dashboard that usually shows me how much mobile data I have left no longer exists.

The app is fine when it works. But when I click on the app it just gets stuck loading the app so you have to login on a browser. Based on other reviews I see this has been a problem for a long time and still is not fixed

The Skinny app makes it easy to manage your account – check your balance, top up, and customise your plan with Add-Ons when you’re on the go.
Do your thing better with the Skinny app:
1. Top up using a voucher, your pre-registered card, or a new card.
2. Check your balance and see if you’re running low on minutes, texts, or data.
3. Get unlimited data for up to 12 hours with Data Binge – perfect for any online bingeing sessions.
4. Manage your plan and Add-Ons ¬– check what plan you’re on and customise it with Add-Ons. You can even switch to a new plan if you want to mix it up.
