Had trouble getting this to work at all with DC iLottery — until I talked to a rep who recommended turning off WiFi since the DNS settings in my Verizon FiOS router were configured to block geolocation. So if you’re on mobile and having issues, my first recommendation would be to try turning off WiFi. As far as the interface of the app, it’s a little confusing. One of the directions says to allow location services “while using” but elsewhere it says to “always” allow location services.

I agree with the last guy who wrote a review. Happened to me on two occasions, when I installed this app of course. Wanted to cash out when I was betting 500 to 1 and got to -110, obviously that’s a great return on such an underdog wager. But it wouldn’t let me I had screenshots of my location services showing arrows I have full bars everything was working but I couldn’t cash out. I brought this up with bet MGM and obviously or better yet it seems like they’ve gotten the same complaint by many people because they sent me the same generic email back cash out in that guaranteed when that wasn’t even the issue the issue was location services stop me from cashing out. Don’t use this app and if you do don’t plan on cashing out when you’d like to. I’ve been with many online betting apps but bet MGM seems to be the one that favors this app and has screwed me!!’

Like it seriously is so suspect because every time I’m in the middle of like a win or something it just automatically says oh we can’t verify your location like what bro it’s so suspect it’s not even funny like you’re so right about how when you have a winner something it just kicks you out then it pisses me off to no end like it’s like they have a thing going like once you start winning bang you can’t find your location like what bro seriously don’t waste your time with this app and spending money on the casinos that need it because I don’t understand why sugarhouse doesn’t have an app for Pennsylvania but they have one for Jersey and every other casino in PA has their own app where they don’t require this at all and none of this usually happens sometimes but not every five seconds like this app
