Absolutely the worst tool- constant reinstalls needed and glitches every day. Spontaneously deletes entire sales, log or placement history. Not intuitive at all with searches, logs and switching back and forth (within or to and from app) a constant headache. Seems like a sales tool developed by your first grade after-school program. The problems in no way outweigh the benefits and trying to track people, accounts or placements will be continuously flawed due to program and app issues.

After working with multiple CRMs during my time in the alcohol industry, Lilypad has been the most useful by far! From the next level commitment tracking to the account search functions everything about this app has made it easier for me to accomplish more while I’m working the field. Highly recommend this for anyone in the beverage industry looking to make their reps more efficient!

The best app for all! From a manager to a rep on the streets, this app provides value for everyone. Being able to track which accounts you’ve visited and what beer is coming down the pipe line, LilyPad is definitely the most tech savvy app for the alcohol industry! So many tools in the app these days make planning and pre-planning a breeze for your day-to-day! Definitely worth it, I’d recommend this app to anyone interested!
