I’ve been counting macros for years. Hands down the best app for it. It makes it easy to keep track as well as manipulate your macros without you having to “experiment”. As long as you are faithfully following the app it will get your macro numbers honed in. After all what isn’t consistently measured cannot be managed! After this app was released many others tried to mimic the nutritionist principles this one provides. Don’t fall for the imitators! Kelechi Opara, the creator of the app, puts countless hours of research and heart into its construction. You will love working with this app! Worth every dollar And then some!

I really like the carb cycling that the app has put me through. The results have been great. My only complaint is that it could be a little easier and more intuitive. Planning meal plans ahead of time is a little difficult given that the days that the new plan changes seems random. Also, when I try to input a meals the night before, the app sometimes switches to the current day and enters my meals again there instead of on the next day. Overall, it’s a great product.

I've had the app for a year. But I'm just now really using it because I have to for macros. I'll give it to them, it's a pretty good app for counting macros and telling you what you need, but it was very difficult to figure out how to navigate. I feel like what you were trying to do should just be in a drop down menu, click it, and do it! Where they have things, I feel like people's eyes don't automatically go that direction, or clicking something you thought you needed took you somewhere you don't want, so I spent so much time adding foods or changing meal plans, or what type of day I had (off, moderate, high intensity). And everything I scan with barcode........... 80% of it is not there. I'm always having to add foods myself. Compared to other apps, nutritionist+ isn't very convenient in that aspect. Within the year I've had it I just gave up on it three times because it wasn't user friendly. This time I HAVE to use it so it's taken me a while to figure out, but now that I have, it IS A REALLY GOOD APP for what it offers. I wouldn't have written this review had I not found others who agreed with me. But they confirmed I'm not simple minded, lol, it really takes some figuring out.
