Do not believe anything other than 1 star ratings. You will wait hours for someone to answer once you have connected and they disconnect immediately. I’ve found they only start answering close to the end of their business hours, only had people answer 15 minutes before day’s end, believe because it’s the end of business for them they answer to show metrics they have been working. There are bugs on their side, no sound from them, representatives are rude and unhelpful. By far the WORST app or service I’ve ever used. Anything other than 1 star ratings are fake reviews, I’m sure paid for by the company. AWEFUL experience.
