What a joke. I want to pre-book a simple journey (to St. Pancras International station London) for 8am. I register, add my home/pick up address via the clunky form & then I'm unable to enter in the drop off point! I simply want to go to only the most popular train station in London! It does not recognise "St Pancras station" despite entering it multiple ways. Instead it wants you to drag a tiny drop pin manually around a dense map. What a waste! I messed around with it & kept immediately getting the "Pay & confirm" screen. When Ive no idea the cost & no drop off address entered. FTW. I'll just use Uber. Maybe not 100% reliable pickup, but at least with Uber the booking process is pleasant, intuitive & takes like 2 seconds!
We've taken AL several times and (until tonight) we're quite happy doing that (tonight they didn't track arrival and the driver was late, but arguably not the fault of the app), but I'm not sure what it takes to make our reservations actually show up in this app. You have to book it *from* the app? A reservation number is certainly useless. Anyway, I personally see no value of the app, so I think it would be dishonest to give it a rating raising its average, but if you do [get value from it] good on you.
Easy to book. Drivers very professional and on time. Cars were clean. Much better than the local car services
