PAYMENT

First-time customers are billed conveniently via mobile operator billing of Telekom, Vodafone, o2 or Mobilcom-Debitel. No need to register or add payment details!
Registered customers benefit from additional payment methods (PayPal, credit card and SEPA direct debit) and easy download of parking payment receipts.

NOTES
Some cities require a vignette placed visibly in your windscreen to inform enforcement that you’re using travipay. You can download the vignette on our website
In case you don´t have the vignette at hand you can also leave a handwritten note with the word „Handyparken“ visibly in your car.
Parking fees conform with the tariff structure of the respective parking operator. In some locations an additional service fee is levied. The information on the parking fee in the app includes the service fee.
