Rockgas LPG

This app seems to have one function and that’s ordering gas bottles. Once ordered it doesn’t provide delivery ETA or updates, has no account functionality like viewing balance, paying bills. This might be okay if the 0800 number was useful, however it’s not. Last time I checked, we were in 2024…..

Pretty much pointless. No secure login. Enter any Rockgas number you find and you can mess with the account. It displays your name and address, you can order bottles from it, but that's it. No way to see your account or pay your bill. Either bank transfer or phone to use credit card. Their website is no different. 90 year old company stuck in 1999. I'll be switching companies for my next bottles for this reason alone. Managing energy shouldn't be this hard or insecure.

Unable to view bills and outstanding balance. Adding of this would make it a complete and totally helpful app.
