Yes there are many options it gives you, but there isn’t enough for what all is out there. Currently i have a general idea of what i want to do, i downloaded this to truly see if i should do it or not. When taking the quiz it doesn’t ask anything about death. Are you comfortable with death? Would you want to give families closure? Would you want to find out why someone has passed away? nothing with the death industry and it’s a bit disappointing. As well as with Makeup, hair, facials, etc (ex, aesthetics, cosmetology) it’s a good app and all, it got me a few options close to what i’m interested but the majority were things not even relating. It truly just isn’t Inclusive enough to actually be accurate, all it can do for you is jump start ideas. There’s a whole world out there, don’t limit your job options to what this app tells you. I promise you there’s more out there.

The “PathSource” resume builder app is very easy to use. It has multiple templates to choose from regardless of your profession or industry. These templates poignantly highlights all your achievements. There are additional benefits within this app that I have not explored. This includes, but is not limited to , sending your resume for free, to a professional to give you additional feedback as well as job and educational search modules within the app. While there are free resume apps such as “pages” on the iPhone, at the moment, the do not give as many unique resume template options (and any additional benefits) as “PathSource” resume builder.

I really enjoy using the app it’s really cool how it gives suggested careers and tells you the demand and salary for them! I really liked the interface. It’s great that it allows you to compare different careers based on salary and opportunities, however when searching for programs the results are limited and when it gives you suggested programs for a specific career that programs are often unrelated or very broad. For example the recommended programs for school psychologist are a PhD in Psychology or a practical nursing program. Also when you go to job search it only allows you to search by city. When looking at prospective careers you are also considering possible places to live so it would be super helpful if you could search by state and city, instead of just city. I think it’s also possible that their app doesn’t have job listings for every career, instead of telling you that there are no job listings in your area for that career they should say that their app doesn’t have that information.
