Cant find email link
It’s impossible to send email to an inmate You have stopped all regular mail And made it impossibly hard to get to the link to send email to inmates. At least with the tiny post card that usd to be allowed there was room for an I LOVE YOU. NOW EVEN THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE. I don’t think this is in keeping with best practices or the legal requirements.

Could be better.
Before the update, you could search the entire jail which was great and beneficial. Now you can only search the recent arrest. That’s my only gripe. If you guys could bring back that feature, this would definitely get a 5 star rating from me.

Sheriffs videos
It is convenient to have everything in one place. My only complaint is your videos need to be updated. 2 and 3 years ago, a lot changes in that amount of time.
