So if you get a new phone, you need to delete and reload the app. You get a new laptop, you need to delete and reload the app. You accidentally remove the app instead of deleting it, you are stuck waiting for someone at KBC to call back and help you.

I’ve been calling (and waiting on the phone for 10-20 min) everyday in the past 5 days with no sign of life
