The app is too complicated for customer since they include many channels of communication and none of it helps. Specially the customer services which they don’t give a the useful information you need and when they get tired of you they send you to another another channel and ask to write a ticket that would take 24 hours for them to reply. They also gave me 500 cash back in the apps wallet mostly i can’t use because i can only pay the partial amount, when actually they already made pay before the whole amount that’s how my wallet reached to a non useful 500 sr. I recommend you all not to use the app since their customer services don’t actually care about their clients.

When i bought 2 services , i just got 1 receipt for 1 service, and I missed the second that I already bought it.
