This app constantly crashes. Been trying to register a boiler multiple times for the last week and it just doesn’t let you do it. No website to register either. You have to physically ring Vaillant to register a boiler warranty. Complete waste of time

Can’t access app since the change from the old glowworm app. Details not registered, can’t make a new account as details in use. Vaillant never get back via email and I don’t have hours to waste on hold. App change pushed me to a different boiler brand

As contacting loyalty support via the number is impossible I’ve had to resort to leaving a review. I’ve been fitting GW and Vaillant for years and recently changed to this app , why can’t people test this stuff before publishing it !! It’s sloppy and rushed and diminishing to Vaillant reputation .. someone fix this immediately…
