I order some shoes for a photo shoot 3 weeks ago and still have spoken with the seller. I'm so upset cause I dont care if it is oversea business is business. This company dont care about customers' service cause you can't contact them. So taking people money and send the wrong product. You can't leave a review on there cause people will stop them from scamming Americans. All the comment are fake instead of 1 or 2. Dont say I didn't warn you.
BEWARE of this website and app. This site works as the middleman. They sell clothes from shops all around the world. I needed a dress for a wedding and I've always seen this site pop up. I found a dress on one of their shops that had good ratings and pictures which seem like girls I had purchased dresses from the shop. I was slightly hesitant because the shop was in China, it was far and I wasn't sure how the dress would look. But because they had good reviews I thought I'd give it a try. The shop did complementary custom fittings, so I purchased the dress and included my measurements. I was in disbelief when I receive my dress a month later to find out it was a completely different dress and was three times bigger than my size, It was like they sent any dress. Not only that, the material is hideous. It looks like a really bad bridesmaids dress. I emailed the shop which is called niftydresses with my complaint and pictures to show the wrong size and I have not received a response back. I like lost $200 and I'm stuck with an ugly dress that doesn't fit.
I like this app and a lot of the items being sold on the site are great. But there is no feature on this app where buyers can write reviews and see other peoples reviews on an item or seller. I have heard that some sellers are wonderful and very compliant while others are a scam. There is no way to tell a difference. I would use this app a lot more if this feature was available.
