The moment you pull up to the reception, staff greet you and open conversation, getting you all set up for your stay. Next, park up and grab coffee and check out the shops. 4:30pm, after traffic has died down, drive to your lodge, unpack and explore. A little later, drop off the car then it’s chill time, no car for the next 4 days. Plan your itinerary for the week using the very easy to use App. Now, sit back and enjoy the forest.

I appreciate the ability to book activities through the app and see our itinerary. However there’s no ability to filter on activities with remaining spaces available. Therefore if looking for something to do on a given afternoon, you can filter to see a big long list of activities and only after clicking twice into each one separately can you see they are fully booked. Complete waste of time and we gave up. Maybe clicking through the app was the only “activity” left? Please just show us what is available!

Really excited to see they’ve changed the way you can book activities and restaurants in the app, it looks so much easier and clearer. I can browse without having to bother with the website.
