At a time when people are seeking simplicity and support to manage life’s growing challenges, CNSS seems to be moving in the opposite direction. Instead of making processes easier, the administration continues to create unnecessary complications. Navigating their platform feels like a never-ending maze—confusing interfaces, unclear instructions, and delayed responses only add stress. What should be a source of help has become a source of frustration. It’s time CNSS seriously reconsiders its approach and prioritizes user-friendly solutions that truly serve the public.
This app used to work just fine, but the recent update ruined everything! The new login process is completely broken — now we have to go through unnecessary steps every single time just to get in. It’s beyond frustrating. The app is slow, crashes constantly, and the new security system makes it almost impossible to use. Even tech-savvy people are struggling with it — so how is the average user supposed to manage? What’s worse is that users have been complaining for weeks, and still no fix. Instead of getting better, this app is turning into a complete disaster. Apple seriously needs to step in and remove this app from the store. It’s doing more damage than good and doesn’t deserve a place on the App Store anymore.
