How long does it take to measure the roof?
RoofSnap's software makes it simple to draw and label roof measurements. Simple, single storey roofs can take less than 2 minutes. Large (+40 SQ) or complex roofs can take 10 to 15 minutes. Most residential roofs take about 5 minutes. You can also have roofs measured for you by our Sketch Ordering Service, SketchOS.
What is SketchOS?
SketchOS is RoofSnap's Sketch Ordering Service where our trained Sketch Techs measure your projects for you. Orders are placed through your RoofSnap account and pricing is based on roof size and complexity. Typical turnaround times for orders are just 2 to 4 hours— much faster than the 24 to 48 hour turnaround you’ll experience with other providers.
How accurate are RoofSnap’s measurements?
When drawn correctly, RoofSnap's measurements are within 2% of the actual roof. We offer free, online training and tutorials to assist our customers with their measurement skills.
