This is a really unhelpfully designed app. At a time when people are anxious to use postal services for Covid tests the UX is lamentably awful. If you want to find basic information - where is my nearest post box and what time are collections ? - the app makes this an obscure, multi -step process. For a piece of critical communications infrastructure the technical implementation it is lamentable
