I had a very frustrating experience trying to activate my travel allowance with Attijariwafa Bank. The whole process relies on KYC verification, but it was extremely slow and kept failing for no valid reason. Despite providing a valid passport and CIN, the system repeatedly returned a failure status. There was no clear explanation or guidance on what was wrong, which made the situation even more frustrating. This became a serious issue while I was traveling. I was trying to make a payment and suddenly couldn’t access my own money, leaving me stuck without funds at a critical moment. A bank should ensure that essential services like this are reliable and efficient, especially when customers are abroad. Unfortunately, this experience shows major flaws in their system and a lack of dependability when it matters most.

It’s about a month now i have an issue with login on the app also the same issue appear on website, when i try to login and i’m sure about my identification and password i always get error of authentication on mobile app and on website i get an alert box has message of page not found. i don’t know what should i do to resolve this issue from my part because i tried effort i have going to agency, calling client center and sending multiple emails with screenshot and even video recording describe the issue very well and without result so far. this is my latest message review if the problem is not resolved i will not have other choice than closing my account on this bank and open it in another one

I love that I have the option to navigate through the app easily to make deposits and transfers from the comfort of my own home while living abroad. The customer service at the branch in Casablanca was outstanding. Thank you for treating Jalia Maghribia with respect and patience to explain and assist them all their banking needs.
