I prepaid for a bus ticket with the app. The driver asks me to scan the barcode on bus, the app closes itself while I’m scanning, and I get charged a second time through contactless. Driver says refund is not possible. 🤦🏻♂️

You can only buy tickets. You can't track where to go as which bus to use as the name would suggest.

Finally an app that would enable foreigners to use otherwise confusing bus system. Except that they do not allow use of the system if you do not have a Finnish mobile number. Does not make any sense.
If you manage to purchase a ticket, use is quite crippled: QR code that one is supposed to show to reader in a bus is tiny - using only 1/10 of the available space. I have yet to find a bus that would actually read the code. Luckily drivers know the situation and just let you pass as long as you seems to have the app open on your phone with some kind of QR code on it.
Designers have also opted to add super annoying PIN code that is very often. This serves little purpose than to annoy the user.
