Fake reservation

One of the worst UK travel apps I have ever seen. They took my money for my booking after 2 days they said there is no available flight then I missed my important holiday. They even return my money after 4 days. What a shame!!!!

Useless

It’s just as useless as the website, unfortunately for me I purchased a ticket with them, but I’m never gonna use em anymore. Can’t do absolutely anything : no ticket no check in online no change absolutely USELESS. I had to go to the airport earlier than usual and had to change my bus ticket just for it. Been trying to change my ticket for over a month, they don’t even answer the phone.
