Have been using for about 4yrs now, to get that 5th star need to do some tweaking on the app does what I need, looks professional, you have to play around with it to get the job done. But very satisfied over all compared to the high dollar software that again still not up to what you pay for would highly recommend this app for small and large companies.
ServicePal has been very, very easy to work with! The app is ideal for building a mobile flat rate/scheduling/payment solution for an HVAC service company. It may not be as all inclusive as other solutions but you don’t need hours of training to work through it. It can be as vast as you want. I downloaded the app for free and spent 30 days setting everything up in my spare time. Didn’t need much help but their response was very prompt when I did have a question. If you are looking for an inexpensive but powerful solution to going paperless, this is your app.
First, I want to say thanks to Andrew at ServicePal for being very helpful. I am getting ready to open an HVAC business and have looked at nearly all the other service softwares (actually downloaded and operated) I kept finding myself going back to ServicePal over and over. The reason and part of my analysis is: What’s going to be easier for my employees? what’s going to be easier for me running the business? how is my pricing structure going to work within the software I want to use? What functions of a software do I really need and will really be used? What kind of support will I have? I really liked the good, better, best pricing platform. I’ve set mine up for Standard, 10% off, 20% off which is super flexible and covers everything needed for a customer. I think ServicePal has a very easy learning curve and is visually comfortable. I can’t say enough about the service and help that I have received. I am glad to be a part of the ServicePal team. I think this is the very best Software available for a service business.
