This is a great app if you want to get started quickly and easily recording a podcast. It works well with interfaces with multiple inputs and can use virtually any sound file you have for the carts. The developer has been consistently updating the app and listens to feedback from users. The pro version is worth it too if you need separate tracks for your voice and the carts. You’ve got the option of both audio and video output depending on your needs. Highly recommended for your mobile podcasting needs!

Love the app. Just wish you could open up different banks. To have multiple boards ready for diff end podcast. Hopefully in an update we can.

First of all this is free and there are no ads in it. That by itself is fantastic. I host and produce a podcast called Voice from the Underground and use this to pump funny audio clips into the podcast. Not just things like applause and bells, but actual audio clips I grab off-line and email myself. It’s very easy to add the audio clips to the soundboard. They play clearly and flawlessly immediately upon touching the button. Perfect! The old Boss Jock was apparently upgraded into a new more robust product that is 10 bucks, but this works perfectly fine and I absolutely love it. My only wish is maybe four more buttons. But you get 20, so that’s enough for most people. You can even record your own clip to replay later. I will say this works far better on a tablet, because the layout is better, but this might be the best app I have ever gotten free.
